Good thoughts and prayers for you. Take care and be blessed.

Hi Annie,
Hope you feel better soon – like tomorrow! Are you still planning a stop?
Mary Ann
Hope each day brings you better health. Hang in there; we’ll wait!
(((hugs))) and prayers. From personal daily experience with fibro and under the category of ‘easier said than done,’ listen to your body – rest when you need to (and life lets you) and be kind and patient to yourself. Flares always have their own timetable – I’ve never had one that followed my schedule! The more I fight or push through and ignore the flare, the longer it lasts. Warm, calm thoughts coming your way.
Amy
Thanks, Amy –
That’s what I’m trying to do. It may not seem like it sometimes, though! That’s why Hannah’s going with me to TNNA (my porter & personal runner) and I’m counting the days until I’m back home!
Bless annie!
peace&blessings
Feel better soon, please.
I hope the pain lifts soon.
Me, too – thank you!
So sorry to here this. I hope you are much better soon! How lucky you are to have a daughter like Hannah?!
I am the luckiest mom in the world – Hannah’s been worth her weight in GOLD this week!
I’m pulling for you. Unfortunately, I’ve been there too.
I signed up for your online class for the circular shrug class and am really lookig forward to it. It is amazing to me how much you get done even in the middle of a flare.
Thank you SO much, Debra – I appreciate it!
Annie,
I hope you arrive back from TNNA somewhat or fully pain free. I am currently hung up with a bad knee and anything that slows me down ticks me off.
I will be on my third trip with Tactile Travel in September and I hope you will be fine enough to join us. We will be returning to a spot where we sat all one day knitting and eating lovely little tidbits from the nearby restaurant.
Don’t worry about too much pasta in Italy. There is so much else good to eat by way of veg, crispy chicken and fruit. I don’t really like pasta anyway and it is amazingly easy to avoid it in Italy.
Healthy fresh food is the way of life. The best part of a Tactile Travel trip is the evening knit togethers, relaxing after a great meal and telling stories.
You will find that traveling with Alanna is very relaxing and accommodating. I don’t need to rest up after being in Italy with her because I am already rested. I’ve started a Sideways Redux in your honor.
Hope to show it to you in Rome.
You will DEFINITELY see me at Tactile Travel’s amazing Roman Knittin’ Holiday – I’m SO stoked, I wouldn’t miss it for almost anything!
I so thoroughly enjoy your blog. I find myself inspired as well as entertained. The medical issues your family has been dealing with the past few years are similar to the the ones we have been coping with. While we have only had a scare with cancer, my MS has been costly in some of the same ways (emotionally, financially, and family-wise) as the fibro. I have also dealt with chronic depression for many years.
As I listen to “Knit With Courage, Live With Hope” I find myself nodding, laughing, and crying. All while knitting for my first grandbaby due in three weeks. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing so much of your lives with us. It really helps us and I hope the writing helps you as much.
Annie,
My prayers are with you… A fellow knitter, hooker, and fibro survivor there are days when all my energy is sucked up by… life.
Hugs to you and your family. May whatever blessings come your way be better than you expected!
Hugs,
Louise Ann Benjamin
Dear Annie:
1. Everything about you is “LOVEly” and I, too, send thoughts of rest, healing, & Bliss (so that you can focus on what you’d rather be doing).
2. Re: Gluten Free. Are you near a “CakeLove”? It’s Warren Brown’s shop & he not only does Gluten Free, but also Vegan (on request).
If you haven’t got one near you, I’ll see how close one is–also, he’s just done a 2nd book.
3. Do you also have Caesar’s frozen meals? They are Gluten Free Italian stuffed shells, Mannicotti, & 2 others.
Best Regards
Patti
Take care, Annie. You are in my thoughts.
I hope you are feeling better soon.
Hey Annie,
Sorry to hear that you are unwell. I will keep you in my prayers. I hope you feel better soon. Don’t give in and don’t give up!
