		<description>Oh, Annie! I had that same thing happen with me from a dr. that I absolutely thought was &quot;IT&quot;. He delivered my first 2 kids and was so kind but when I told him all the exercise I was doing--and it was a lot--and said I just didn&#039;t seem able to lose any weight his comment was &quot;Just think how big you&#039;d be if you weren&#039;t doing all that&quot;. No help at all!!! Personallyl I think 2-6 miles on a bike is quite a bit--you&#039;re going up hills etc. So hang in there and keep on biking!!! I&#039;ve given it up for the summer because it&#039;s just toooooo freaking hot and humid here in Oklahoma, I&#039;m looking forward to the cooler weather SOMETIME so I can start riding again.
