I just put a websit up explaining with images the method of Combined Knitting (written about by Mary Walker Phillips in Creative Knitting and Priscilla Gibson Roberts in the Fall 2001 issue of Interweave Knits magazine – the method that I favor for speed, even tension and low wrist strain.)
